COVID-19 Update

Dear BCS Teachers and Families,

We are not able to access our parts and/or loaner devices for repairs during the current Stay at Home order. Once this has been lifted or further guidance has been given, we will communicate that as well as reach out to all who have submitted tickets. In the meantime, please continue to submit repair tickets and we will address each one as soon as we can.

In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid BCS email address is required to submit a ticket.
