Welcome to the BCS - Technology Support Ticketing System

In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests.

To help us process tickets, efficiently please be sure to complete all fields (even if they are not required):

1. Be sure to select the current school you are registered to attend.
2. Select the school location student is registered to attend.
3. Bartlett High School is for students in the 10th, 11th, or 12th grade.
4. Bartlett Academy is for 9th Grade students only.
5. Please give a phone number where you maybe contacted.
6. Only - create a "New" ticket - if your previous ticket has been "CLOSED".

Once your ticket is closed, please take a moment and fill out this survey to provide feedback on the resolution of your ticket.
